general shipping information

Zines and small artworks ship USPS Priority Mail, tracked and insured. Domestic shipping rates for art and zines are pre-populated for you to select during checkout. If you are placing an order that requires international shipping, please contact me at studio@sheryloppenheim.com so I can provide you with a shipping quote and create a custom checkout option for you.

Local pickup is available in NYC at no cost. I will contact you to coordinate pickup after the order is placed. Please do not select this option unless you are local.

Please contact me immediately with any order issues. My liability is limited to a refund or replacement if a package is lost or damaged; in this case documentation must be provided and I may request that you return the product before I replace it.

I try to ship promptly, within 1-5 business days. If your order is time-sensitive, you may contact me to see if I can ship it faster.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may also be charged additional customs, duties, and import fees upon entry into the country, depending on the country's policies. These are the buyer's responsibility and cannot be estimated by Sheryl Oppenheim studio, so please consider this when placing international orders.

Returns and exchanges

Zines are hand-bound publications — hand-collated, hand-stamped, and hand-assembled in our studio. Marbled papers are also hand-made. They are irregular by nature. Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted; however if you have a concern please contact me and I will see how we can work it out.
